While Britain was covered in snow we had a lot of rain and high winds. Our pitch was like a swamp,it was just like Devon in the Summer!. We have been out a few times with some lovely people David and Irene, in their car but otherwise have done very little.It would have been a bit tricky to get the van on and off the pitch so it stayed where we parked it!
Sunday February 8th was the first day of the year we could sit outside, in shorts, in the sunshine with the swamp drying out around us. Everything is packed away and we leave here on Tuesday. Hopefully to watch the F1 testing at Jerez, then onto Portugal. We hope that the weather improves, but everywhere is really wet. The next blog is unpredictable as we are not sure where we will be. We have booked a return crossing for March 20th.
