iPad day

So day one with my iPad, following online I could see once the tracking numbers where sorted out that it was going to get here a day early, but as it turned out ordering early might not have been so necessary as the official launch day of the 28th only seen a handful outside the apple store in Bath anyway.

Very quickly I have realised that the iPhone is a small version of the iPad. The extra screen space is best described by saying comparing the iPad to the iPhone is like comparing a bathtub to the sea. The extra space allows for a fully more substantial experience compared to the iphone.

The Good
I sync my calendar, addressbook and mail though google using their exchange compatibility, setting this up was the same as doing so on the iPhone, the resulting experience though is not. The calendar is where the largest improvement has. Happened, viewing the month is the same as doing so on the computer itself, day views look like a diary book. The ease of use that comes along with this makes it nearly a compelling device by itself.

The screen is great, photos look clear, stunning and bright on the display.

I will write a few posts highlighting the uses I have purchased this device for.
